Visitor Parking

All visitors of Larkin at Exchange should park in the Visitor Parking lot located on Exchange Street across from the Main Lobby, directly adjacent to the Francis Larkin Park.

Ramp/Garage Parking

Tenants and their employees of Larkin at Exchange are provided free surface parking at a rate of one space per 1000 square feet rentable in the convenient parking lots surrounding Larkin at Exchange. Reserved Parking in the Ramp located between Exchange and Seneca Streets on Van Rensselaer Street is also available. To purchase spaces referenced below, contact tinac@larkindg.com

PRP or Premium Reserved Parker
- This is a numbered space for the sole use of the purchaser. The cost of such space is annually $995 (equivalent to $82.92 per month). These PRP spaces are located along the first row of the ramp by the building.

RRP or Regular Reserved Parker - This allows patrons to park anywhere in the ramp other than the PRP spaces for $30 per month.

Rooftop Ramp Parker - This allows patrons to park exclusively on the 3rd(top) level of the ramp for $15 per month.
