All visitors of Larkin at Exchange should park in the parking garage. This convenient ramp/garage is located between Exchange and Seneca Streets on Van Rensselaer Street and is part of the Larkin at Exchange Campus.
Tenants and their employees of Larkin at Exchange are provided free surface parking at a rate of one space per 1000 square feet rentable in the convenient parking lots surrounding Larkin at Exchange.
Reserved Parking in the Ramp is also available. To purchase spaces referenced below, contact
tinac@workingdowntown.com.
PRP or Premium Reserved Parker - This is a numbered space for the sole use of the purchaser. The cost of such space is annually $995 (equivalent to $82.92 per month). These PRP spaces are located along the first row of the ramp by the building.
RRP or Regular Reserved Parker - This allows patrons to park anywhere in the ramp other than the PRP spaces. The cost is $30 per month or $150 for six months.
PDP or Per Day Parker - This is a one-day pass for $5.00.
