Visitor Parking

Visitors of Larkin at Exchange should park in our 2 hour complimentary Visitor Parking. The entrance is located on Exchange Street adjacent to Lot B.

City of Buffalo approved Pay and Display street parking is available along Exchange Street between Van Rensselaer and Smith Streets.

Tenants and their employees of Larkin at Exchange are provided free surface parking at a rate of one space per 1000 square feet rentable in the convenient parking lots surrounding Larkin at Exchange. Reserved Parking in the Ramp is also available. This convenient ramp/garage is located between Exchange and Seneca Streets on Van Rensselaer Street and is part of the Larkin at Exchange Campus.

Ramp/Garage Parking

PRP or Premium Reserved Parker - This is a numbered space for the sole use of the purchaser. The cost of such space is annually $995 (equivalent to $82.92 per month). These PRP spaces are located along the first row of the ramp by the building. 

Covered Parker - This allows patrons to park anywhere in the ramp other than the PRP spaces. The cost is $30 per month.

Rooftop Ramp Parker -This allows patrons to park anywhere on the 3rd (top) level of the ramp for $15 per month.
